Looks like people are dumping them before the big repair bills start to come in...
P.S. The red one has definitely been tracked - you can tell by the pad material transfer to the front rotors. The white in this post on on the other hand looks like it has never left the street. Probably a beter buy overall in the long run despite the price premium, which btw includes MBH headers, X-pipe & midpipe according to the dealer ad.
That FL car has been for sale for a while!! And i don't think it has track package as far as I remember the window sticker.
It was first a private sale with 15k miles last year. By the end of the year that miami dealership bought it for around $90k (private seller asking price). Now it is trying to flip it!

Yeah the white one seems to be the better deal. But this dealer is lying about the track package. This one too has been on ebay for a while.....

Lying about track pack? They have it listed and I would assume they pulled all of that off the sticker. They know the MSRP of 126k but still trying to sell at 128k used w/ 10k miles. Lulz
Black Series becomes irrelevant as soon as the new Coupe lands
That's like saying a 67' GT500 mustang is irrelevant because of the new GT350. Think about it, you're literally saying that every new gen vehicle makes the previous gen irrelevant.

MMmmmmm nope.
That's exactly what i'm not saying. You can't compare a rare classic to the last gen of a ride....which is what you just did....not me
The new coupe will outshine the BS....and is easier to tune....at $50k less sticker....

Again, yes it will outshine it, but that's not at all what affects market value of cars.
Look at all the old 996 GT3's holding their value. Those cars suck compared to the 997.X GT3's and 991 GT3's but people are still willing to pay the hefty market value for them.
Same thing goes for the CLK63BS, SL65BS, and will continue for the C63BS. It will most definitely not become "irrelevant" and I'm sure the market will reflect that.

It has nothing to do with value. It has everything to do with consideration set. Apples to Apples parked side by side, the new coupe is the winner. Hence, i believe, the new C63s Coupe is more special than the BS - drivetrain / styling / interior.
No one is paying a hefty price for a 996 GT3 vs a 997/991 GT3. Bad comparison

I own a 997 C4S Turbo
Your comparing a non BS car to a BS and saying the non BS (and newer) car is a better performer and therefore will cost more down the road and make the older BS irrelevant? Okay. Wrong. Let me illustrate with your C4S.
Parked side by side, your 997 C4S, on paper, is "better" than a 996 GT3. Just like, on paper, the W205 Coupe may be better than a W204 BS.However, as you can see, the market could quite literally care less about that.
Also, there's no such thing as a 997 C4S Turbo. Unless you meant 911 Turbo, but usually in the p-car world, C4S equates to Carrera 4S.

You are the one bringing up Porsches, which is completely irrelevant. And a 997 C4S is not "better" than a 996 GT3 (rear drive vs AWD). Get you shi+ straight and stop talking about P Cars based on price.
The market will also react, and is already reacting to the BS once the W205 coupe is out (which is just landing).
And I do have a C4S with an aftermarket Turbo and it does exist and is parked in my garage.....

Wow, bring cursing into this? I didn't expect you to get so heated over a simple correction in your thought process which is still wrong.
I said that older "special" cars like BS cars, GT3's etc will all hold their value over their newer, non limited production run cars even if they are better performers.
I gave you an example - 996 GT3 versus your newer 997 C4S. Like I indicated in my previous posts, those "older" cars have not become irrelevant and the market (price) reflects that.
I'm sorry man - your just wrong and the prices above are speaking to that.
