Anyone been to the AMG Factory in Germany?
Going there next month and I'm wondering if there are certain things in the area to see or not miss?
Definitely will be checking out the MB Museum as well.

Here is my visit to the AMG engine factory on March 8, 2016.
Don't forget to book your tour online or phone...you will need your VIN to book.
Sorry, no pictures of the AMG engine assembly line and the AMG installation and service center allowed. It is truly an amazing experience!
Bring a snap shot of your AMG engine builders name plate and you can meet your engine builder.

Visitor flags are put up for each day...oh Canada!
C63S Coupe on display in the AMG showroom.
Engine Builders Name Plates...don't forget your engine builder and you can meet him or her on your tour.

you need to contact the factory for a tour ahead of time. See if they'll take you on a private tour to show you the amg performance center, engine build center , engine test bench and best of all see if they'll show you HWA. They dont assemble the cars at amg, thats all done at the mercedes plant but there's still plenty to see. I was just there last week, saw some awesome stuff. sls gt3's, amg gt3's, clk dtm cars, a clkgtr, sls e-cell. it's a cool place. The country is awesome and seeing that Amg is in this little remote village.
