I would say remove the stripe, never been a fan of them even on the 507.

It kills the clean lines of the car. I know other models comes with them now, which is a bigger reason for me not to rock them lol

Well I certainly admire your nice white ride Roswell. One of the first things I thought of when I saw this one.

Thx bro for the compliments, it's really up to u to keep the stripes.. But I think they are overplayed now. Nothing beats a clean look sticker free C63.

Quote: On the black one I had, I blacked out the 2 crossbars and left the chrome surround and star. That looked quite good, and was unlike any of the factory versions. Not the best pic, but it gives you an idea.

That does look nice.

Quote: If you like it keep it, who cares what others think. There will always be ppl that don't like something that you will like. Just like some people hate the color of my car, but I love it.

Anyway, nice looking car!
This. However, I'm a minimalist and not big on contrasting graphics.

Less is more.

604--What did you use to black out your crossbars on the grill?

I'm losing my desire to have the contrasting stock chrome-on-black on mine.

(Mine is a dead stock version--not the one in my avatar.)

Ive used Plastidip for the purposes of seeing how it looked, but am getting the body shop to paint it once Im sure of the final form. Blacking the surround for sure, maybe the horizontal bar too, just not sure yet.

Talked to the guy who wrapped my roof and he advised against wrapping the grill as he said a couple aspects made it hard to do with any permanence. Based on the job I had just seen him do clear rock-guarding an entire 2016 GT3RS, Im pretty sure he knows what he's doing and if he's turning away business I figure theres good reason. So Ill have the body shop paint it.
