Honestly, I think you are at least $500-700 off on the price, especially considering the small narrow tires you have on there.

Oh okay. I'd love to know where you are able to buy a set of C63 wheels/tires (in great condition) at that price.

In the meantime, if you would like to make an offer please do so...otherwise please refrain from taking any further dumps on my listing.

I don't think he was dumping on you, just trying to help you out. They aren't selling, that should give you a clue.

Clearly intended to be helpful, but could have done the same via PM and not dumped on the sales effort.

I also have a set of MINT condition OEM 18" wheels with new tires. However, I am not selling them on here because I know (from experience on MBWorld) that the going rate is roughly $1200 for them. If I can't get at least $2k for the set, they can hang out in my garage.

Remember, tires are not worth much after they are 6 or 7 years old and all tires have the manufacturing date stamped on them.

These were taken off of my 2013 C63 at around 20k miles...not old and certainly not high mileage.

I was referring to the guy that said he would rather let them rot in his garage then sell them for what they are worth.

But the tires you took off have 20,000 miles on them? That is amazing, I've never gotten more than 15,000 off my fronts and 10,000 on my rears. You are doing very well!

And I'd be interested in what wheels you are putting on, I'm in the market for new wheels.

I was looking at CF10s and may still go that route one day. But for the time being, I switched to the newer style twin-spokes and MPSS 245s and 265s for a little extra traction.

Regarding the tires...they are what was on the car when I purchased at 20k. Tires are Advansport AS and look to have around 2k miles on them.

I really didn't mean anything with my post, I was just trying to help you out. You did say in your listing:
"I'm looking for $1800 for the set. I am open to offers so let me know what you think they are worth." Therefore I was just telling what I think they are worth based on how much I have paid for two different sets of the same wheels with wider tires with much lower mileage on them. That's all. You are free to ask as much as you want, they are your wheels and will likely stay that way for a while.

OK, that makes sense, I thought you really had 20,000 on the tires and I was going to ask for your secret for long tire life! C63's are so hard on rear tires, I can't imagine why.

I like the newer twin spokes, but the CF10's will look even better.

No offense taken...but a PM would be more in line and that was what I was trying to say. I'm not asking some outlandish price in hopes of fleecing a forum member; my asking price is cheaper than anything on eBay and in much better condition.

Selling my almost mint twin spokes with tires on ebay for $900 after not selling here..could have had curb rash fixed for $75 but not worth the trouble..$1800 won't move oem wheels unfortunately. Maybe $1k in mint condition.

You could be right, and I might be misreading that, but you're advertising your wheels in someone else's thread there. Seriously, you're not quoted because I'm giving you a chance to edit that.

I sold my ABSOLUTE mint condition wheels with not a single flaw or damage like yours, off my 2010 for $800 for all for sans tires just to give you a frame of reference....
