Intake Manifold from a sprinter

Do you have the part # for the sprinter manifold that fits our M156?

I could of definitely bought one of these tabs if you still have them of course.. just did a fix for this after snapping mine on removal.. Used a a bit of jb weld on bottom than a sleeve of aluminum to build a bridge from the Tab to the IM, wired them tight together and jb welded the top. Will see how this works, seems to be pretty strong but just in case a $80 IM manifold is a good price vs 300+ for used

My codes for a lean bank 1 turned out to be an injector stuck open.
Is logical when you think about it, an always open injector will cause a lot of misfiring, and then oxygen will not be used during a misfire, which the O2 sensor translates to lean mixture.
When in fact it is overly rich...
So if you have these codes, try checking the injectors first. A cheap cleaning set + an aerosol of cleaner + a 12V source will do the trick.
I did all this together with the gaskets and PCV pipe, but now doubt if those 2 were at fault.

I would definitely change the injectors rather than risking it. It’s an aged part.

When I had a stuck injector, oil temp on the cluster would rapidly bounce all over the place. If you are changing the intake mani gasket and pcv, it’s a great time to do the injectors as well.

I already ordered new injectors, but strangely enough the parts situation in Europe is different to the USA.
There are no parts houses (not even in Germany!) where you can order parts. Yes some small venues have some parts, but unlike that other German brand from Bavaria, you can´t just order everything online with a third party seller.
So I found the injectors on Ebay in Latvia , or Lithania or one of those ex-Sovjet states that now are part of the European Union, I forgot which one. Should arrive with me in The Netherlands in 3 or 4 weeks.
The gaskets and PCV pipe and bolts were available through the official dealer, but I fear what they ask for 8 injectors...
Having cleaned the injectors will certainly work for the next 500 miles, so I am not worried.
Next project: oils smoke coming from the driver's side, after the intake gasket repair. Maybe old oil from the intake , dripped out when it was removed? Should stop within 100 miles I would think (just did like 15 ysterday)
Otherwise it will be a new valve cover gasket and valve adjuster gasket...

Help

Any ideas on how I can get this damn bolt out. This job has turned into an absolute nightmare. Please help!!

The bolt sheared off. Totally oxidized inside. I couldn't get it out with my vampliers. Thinking about drilling it out... any ideas?

drill a starting point with a diamond rotary bit to make a accurate center point. and from there drill it out.

The T30 that holds the pcv to the intake manifold.

a dremel diamond bit? Can you suggest one? I have been trying to drill using steel bits and it's not working. Planning to buy new bits tomorrow and cutting oil..

A simple diamond-dust covered spherical tip bit will work. But work slowly without much pushing, overheating the tip will ruin it.

Does anyone know what those 4 plugs at the front of the intake manifold are called?

So, I followed all the steps, got to the throttle body adapter plate swapped as the old one had a hole in it. Transferred everything into the new plate. I did replace the engine crankcase vent valve as well. Put it all back together and the car is running very rough...

I have no idea what is going on. Below are the codes, I am getting....

for everyone, remember to work on these bolts little by little just like Tasos Moschatos has mentioned.

unscrew a few quarter turns, screw a few 1/4 turns, unscrew, screw, and eventually bolt will come out cleanly.
