Wrecked 63 - Repair list
if this is all out of pocket, I would go refurbished. Screw it, a dollar is a dollar. If you can't tell the difference then it doesnt matter.

Been in a car accident, made the responsible party pay for brand new oem pieces.

If you are referring to a possible settlement because your car is now worth less since it now has a claim on it......nope, not a chance. Been down that road re a 6 car pile-up that was not my fault. They would discuss a laundry list of items but that was completely, totally off the table. Never heard of anyone getting this. Their standpoint will be that the car is made good as new via repairs. Plus, again, there is the "own damage" thing making that harder yet still. Sorry. I totally get it, and I was really chapped about that when I get smacked by a guy and my car immediately drops 5k in value but I got nowhere. I actually wasnt even looking for cash. My car was on the borderline of a write off at the time, and I was trying to get them to factor the diminished value in as a reason to go ahead and total loss it. If it was worth less, it was more likely and I did NOT want the car back. In the end, they did indeed write it off, but that was not a permissable factor.

Your own insurance isn't going to give you anything for diminished and even if another party was at fault you'd likely have to file a lawsuit vs. them or the driver to have any hope of getting anything.
If you were considering moving on from the car, see what the place fixing it up will give you for it.
The a/c condenser might be easier to swing for OEM since the cost of OEM is less than a hundred bucks of that napa replacement.
My opinion, get brand new bumper would be tough. Only because the labor rate for paint and body is quoted at $29.00. So at that rate, my bigger concern would be quality over having new vs used parts. If, as a shop owner, I was getting paid 29 and hour to do paint and body, I would tell the tech to hurry the fck up. At that rate the business is losing money.
This is said with with just browsing through your list. You might be able to take it to a high end body shop that charges near 100$ an hour labor, quotes all new OEM parts, and get it totaled out. At a 14k repair, I would think you are close to the cash it out mark (dependent on your cars specifics).

. That sucks though, hope you get everything worked out.
