i believe the stardas thing is more thorough... it needs to be connected to the car while it's driving and going through the gears.

resetting the shift adaptations isn't going to fix a problem. there is no point. if you have a problem you have a problem. The car naturally adapts as you drive it. it doesn't "learn" problems, it tries to compensate for problems, however it can only compensate so much until it cant any further. 2-3 slipping under full throttle? that's the weak point.

i've had issues since 2010. they may be related or not. i'm not exactly sure. originally it used to be a hiccup feeling while the car was still cold and i gradually gained speed. it would usually happen in higher gears 5-6 or 6-7. usually while getting on the highway in the morning and increasing speed on the on ramp. but then that problem went away a couple years later and then this issue between 2-3 shift in C mode. and i believe 1-2 or 2-3 shift in S mode. and this i could never replicate consistently. it was somewhat random.
it has never happened under full throttle. it's usually somewhere around mid throttle increasing speed after a stop such as from a red light or stop sign. but it also happens after slowing down for a right turn and then speeding back up. so the car doesn't need to be at full stop for this to occur.
i've taken it to the dealer before regarding this and of course they were not able to replicate the issue. and now i'm out of warranty and still don't know how to fix this.
