Anti Skidding lights on and cruise control inoperative

C Class CDI 2008
Anti Skidding lights on and cruise control inoperative

When I drive the car above 50mph the anti skidding warning lights comes up and at the same time the cruise control become inoperative. any idea what could cause this problem. I have c class 2008 CDI W204.

Are you using stock size tires? Sometime is you have larger tires it confuses the computer bc the rolling diameter is different. Other than that, maybe it's a bad (or dirty) wheel speed sensor.

Many thanks,I think the tyre size are okay. I will have to check wheel speed sensor. Is the any sign that would indicate the sensors are not good?

C Class CDI 2008

I took it to my local garage for scan the code showed there is problem with a ECU " some sort of communication problem". not entirely convinced with their diagnoses. Anyone experienced similar issue and how they resolve it. Many thanks in advance
