Tune Problems - help please
I was really excited with my purchase of my Eurocharged tune!!! Last Friday I booked my 2013 C63 in for a dyno run. The first 2 runs were with my stock tune. I then flashed the with the Eurocharged tune and HP dropped from 420 - 220...
I then put stock tune back on car and guess what...197Hp. All pulls the car was in "Dyno Mode" no codes or warning lights, battery tender installed while uploading tunes, E brake off. We disconnected the battery for 15 minutes and tried out stock tune and Eurocharged tune with same results.
The guy at the shop mentioned that possibly the throttle body is not opening all the way! I checked my warranty and it expired April 28 2017.
Has anyone had any similar problems or have any ideas what could be causing the problem?

Yes have been in contact with them but not much support. They want me to check for hidden codes. Doing that this afternoon. Was wondering if anyone else had a similar problem. They said that this tune has been used 528 times with out a problem.
Seems strange that no one in that 528 times had a problem. I'm suffering from 529 itis!

No other mods except for 19" wheels. The car drives like a honda civic. No misfire or anything like that just has no power. It drives exactly like the numbers reflect. So not a Dyno issue!

May sound a little dumb, but remove the airbox and see if there's something blocking the entrance of air to the throttle body? Maybe there is something not allowing you to get enough air to the engine or allowing the throttle body to fully open. Can't hurt to check.

It's incredibly hard to tell without more data - can you log your ignition timing advance at idle and at 2,000 rpm? What do your fuel trim values look like? Can you pull the mode 6 diagnostic data and show the individual cylinder misfire counts? What does your measured AFR look like? And fuel pressure?
Have you got Torque for Android and an ELM327 adapter? If so, please post the Mode 6 Test Results with the engine running at idle.

The shop I was booked into for this afternoon to check backround codes advised me that their computer is getting upgraded. Can anyone recommend a shop in the Pasadena CA area
I just ordered this "Android and an ELM327 adapter" arriving tomorrow.
I am also going to remove air boxes, filters and inspect throttle body etc.
I will keep you posted thanks for advise.

Did anything else get touched between stock and the flash, even the most simple detail or was it only the cable plugged in and the flash loaded.
Check the Maf sensors and make sure one didn't come loose, it does sound like a bad coincidence that something else happened at the same time.

Nothing got touched between stock and flash. The only cable to touch the car was the tool sent to me by eurocharged. Last night I removed air filters that looked normal no blocks or restrictions. I removed the upper plenum and looked as best I could into throttle body. Hard to see but everything looked ok. All connectors connected!

I detect troll post. You have exactly zero chance of seeing the throttle bodies unless you remove the intake manifold, and you don't sound capable of that.

I have attached a pic of m purchased Eurocharged tool. If you remove air filters and top plenum, you can climb on top of engine and with flash light and mirror can some what inspect throttle body. I also blindly put my hand in and could feel around for any debris however I could not open throttle body to inspect operation!
This is not a troll, genuine problem!
I did buy ELM 327 and download app. This am I took screen shots. Ignition on engine off throttle closed throttle position read 13%, WOT read 87%
Driving WOT read 28%-31%
Something is telling throttle not to open in my opinion. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Going to take video of car driving and also going to use MJ50 Star tool today
