hope so too and I hope they pay out a fair amount, but I have a feeling I'm going to screwed based off the 16k appraisal their website gave me a bit ago. I was hoping for at least 20-21k

Sorry to see the damage to your car but glad to hear you are OK. I definitely hope they offer you more than 16K because that is really going to hurt. It will be a write off because it will cost a lot more than that to fix it. Best of luck with the insurance valuation and what ever you decide to do going forward. I agree get the name plate for a keepsake if you can.
