Looking at a 2012 C63 coupe, anything I should look for?
Hey all, I am looking at a 2012 C63 Coupe with about 60,000 miles on it.


Anything I should look for or be worried about?

Get p31, LSD, and upgrades headlights. If the pano roof creaks and makes sounds when turning up a curb then use that to negotiate down the price.

Thanks all. This one does not have the p31 package, but has the upgraded headlights/lighting.


I've been searching...a lot of info on here, so sometimes it's easier to start a new thread and ask the experts on here that are kind enough to provide some helpful info!

2012 and newer is pretty much bulletproof, with the one major issue worked out already by then.

I have driven 3 of these over 6 years and been pretty darn near problem free. Not a quarter of the issues my BMW had in 2 years. The odd car has annoying, small issues but I only know of one 'lemon', despite the number of groups I'm in.

The items NotABaller mentioned at the beginning and you are good to go. Not a ton of options in these cars anyways.

2014 Mercedes C63 AMG 507 Edition
P31 is nice to have, as is the LSD. But you can get P31 power with a tune, and you can get an aftermarket LSD.
2012 and up should have no issues.
