Where to get this BS "6.3" side badge?

I've been looking into replacing the old school "6.3 AMG" badge with the BS "6.3" one, but I just can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know the part number or where to order? Ebay is full of all other type of badges but not this one.

Careful though, Black Series impostering is illegal in 32 states.

Haha, not planning on doing anything that stupid. I just think the BS badges look better in black than the current one, that's why I'm thinking about replacing mine.

Be warned that the dot in between the 6 and the 3 goes in a hole drilled in the fender, so you have to cut off the pin and put some 2 way tape on it to mount it.

I was thinking of going black with my emblems - does anyone know if the ///AMG logo they sell looks like the old or new version - pictures are the older version with the A sloped to the left, but picture on the car is the new version sloped to the right - emailed them a few months back but no answer.

I'd recommend you buy your emblems from eBay. I never got a reply from that place.

Back to the 6.3.... Do you have to drill a hole for the dot? It won't just stick on with tape?

You just stick it on with tape and it is fine, but you have to cut the pin off that goes in the hole, smooth it out and put some 3m adhesive on it yourself and then do your best to get it centered and lined up!

So wait. Does that mean the 3M tape goes over the hole? Or should I drill another hole next to that hole? How do I center the dot, should I drill another hole next to the other two holes for that? Do the “6” and the “3” require holes too? I am so confused.

I’ve definitely lost IQ points reading this one thanks

Just drill a hole where the "dot" would go and dont do anything else... The hole is now the dot.

Seeing as they were only a few dollars a letter, I ordered two “6.3” from here. Total of around $25 shipped. If anyone is on the fence, here’s a comparison. Not perfect, but close enough that no one would be able to tell:

The shape and size is pretty much bang on. It’s just the taper at the edges that’s off a bit. Again, you can only tell when doing a side by side comparison. Not bad for a fraction of the price!

Because it looks cleaner and less busy. I planned on de-badging the fenders but it doesn’t look good. Since the shape of the fender in that area is meant for a badge.

I’m more that kind of person who doesn’t like badges and license plates which tell everyone what I drive.

So are you also removing the Mercedes emblems front and rear?... are you ashamed of what you drive?.... not me I’m more of a keep it stock kind of guy... beauty is in the eye of the beholder...

Ok Sir, Here you see what I'm talking about.

https://mbworld.org/forums/c63-amg-w...-2013-c63.html

No I’m not ashamed of driving a C63. Not sure why you would think that just because it’s debadged. Besides the stars can’t be removed w/o some bodywork at least for the trunk.
Debadged cars are quite normal in Europe and an actual option when purchasing a new car.

It’s just my kind of taste since I’m from Europe and I’m used to the look and think it makes the car appear cleaner and less busy.

You on the other hand, it seems that you like all the badges, stickers and you even add a license plate calling out what you drive. We just have different tastes, that’s it.
