Hi. I am thinking to buy an C63 sedan from a private party. But I have no idea of the reasonable price to pay for this particular vehicle.
It's 2012 Black sedan with about 37000 miles on it. It has P31 package.

Original MSRP was about $78,000.

Trade in value is about 30-31K and clean full retail is 38K. Offer 31K and go from there.

The guy is asking $37,000 plus. But the car has extended warranty which he paid over $4000 for and it expires in year 2019. I guess that must be factored in too?

Remember first person to negotiate number always loses. Try to get him down on his end first. Whatever number you go make it lower than your max.

Fair price with warranty is 34-35K. Offer less to begin with.
