Did you try changing out your intake manifold gaskets? Bet that fixes it.
- Dave
(seriously though, appears your pre/post O2's are switched)
Just frustrated because I just took it off the jack stands and out for a drive.
I'll report back after the game
Edit now I'm worried the fronts are swapped front to back because it's throwing rich codes with cats
Edit 2 after searching I guess we have different connectors for front and rear sensors so I guess those can't get swapped by accident from pre and post cat O2 but can left and right.
I didn't know the lambda's were sided parts. I thought they were the same...coulda sworn mine were the same part number when I changed them out recently. As for mixing left to right banks...I don't see how you can do that be because the wires aren't long enough to do that...at least that's the case on the W212.

I bought 20 in extension wires so they could of swapped them at the plugs by accident.
Do you know if pre and post sensors use different plugs or are the same?
Ahhh...ok I think I see how they could have gotten mixed up though. Still a helluva mistake to make though esp if you're cramped under the car...wouldn't it be harder to plug the sensor into the wrong bank-side and then thread into the exhaust...
But to answer your question, I don't know - I didn't check. My secondary sensors are plugged in, but secured to the black transmission thing, so I didn't unplug and look at the connector etc
Ok guys I don't know why this isn't talked much but here is my own testing on our cars.
I did the big long tubes and went catless etc.the top end was ok but lost a lot from 1900-2800 and part throttle was Terrible!
I ended up ditching my x pipe and went straight pipes and also added 300 cell race cats. I got all my low end back (without changing the catless tune) but part throttle was still horrible.it lost that tight razor response the car had and just the other day I said wtf let me try a normal tune with all my monitors working
Guess what? The car is a monster and has all the heavy pedal tight throttle response back with all the monitors working.
Fast forward my high flow cats were too dirty to pass.i would pend a too rich code every 50 miles or so.so I decided to buy those eBay catted bungs to help out.
I did a set and still no luck so then I decided to change all the sensors.then got all those codes above and I just redid the whole setup but added 2 catted bungs and now getting a to lean code on one bank.
I will message with it later but I almost got it up and running perfect.
Here is where she stands now
You can see my historic code being too rich so those little bungs work but our cars are a ***** and need to get really close to a specific air mixture
If it helps, since I've replaced my lambda's, my part throttle and mid-range has been much improved. Top end also too, but just pootling around town is so much nicer now and less sluggish.
Keep us posted on what you find when you get under the car again.
Why did you change all four? I only have my primary's in, the secondary's are somewhere zip tied under the car (didn't want to extend wires and EC tuned them out)
I've put over 5k on the headers with the stock O2's, no CEL and no issues, i have been going back and fourth on the idea of replacing them just because... I'll probably just change them when we get cooler weather.

Just doing maintenance and no issues for the change.
I guess the reason is for emissions. Our state just did all new state of the art equipment for passing smog.
Every garage after Oct will be on the new system and no car will pass with any monitors shut off.
you may want to give these a shot....ive used them after adding long tubes on SEVERAL of my last vehicles and they always seem to do the trick, never got a single CEL after installing them...

Our cars are so sensitive to O2 readings and I can confirm those won't do absolutely anything to help not getting a code thrown.
i have 300 cell cats and the car barely smells and have stacked up 2 mini catted plugs and 2 extendors like above and finally got the rear o2s not to pend a code.
I will take pictures later
