My door arm rests look like the same material as the seats. I actually use the same leather cleaner on both. I think Lude was referring to the center console as being plastic, BTW.

I believe the armrest material (door and center console) depend on model/model year and interior options.
For instance, my 2011 C63 has black leather on the door armrest and black plastic on the center one.
But I remember very well a couple of years ago noticing at a local car show, when the 2014 507 were new, that the center armrest in the C63 507 that was present there was in leather.
This caught my attention and I even asked my local dealer for a possible part swap with the 507 leather ones to replace my plastic ones and remember them been quite costly.

Looking through some parts sites I came to the same conclusion. Theres also a large leather section attached to the rear driver side coupe seat and a smaller section on the rear passenger side that has the nappa leather as well
