he would end up needing to fabricate a y pipe to accommodate the 2 separate outlets. Not to mention, the shop wouldn't be able to line it up or space it out "perfectly". he's better off buying one that is meant for the conversion.
Hello I have a C350 which has the two exhaust outlets, would these not be attached to each left and right pipe? If I am missing something please let me know.

The C63 AMG tips use two individual pipes that join to the muffler. For you to retrofit these tips to your stock mufflers, you will need to get a Y-pipe made up.
