2010 C63 Bluetooth Audio
So I have a 2010 C63 AMG and I have been having trouble figuring out how to connect my phone to stream bluetooth audio. I have the Navigation option yet I am still confused on how I can play music through bluetooth. I even purchased a bluetooth streamer and haven't figured out why that isn't working either. If anyone knows how to fix this and stream bluetooth audio that'd be greatly appreciated thank you!

The Viseeo WMA3000A works well.

When I searched for "bluetooth audio" a few months back I found out about that device and purchased one.

You can't stream audio over Bluetooth in these cars. You'll need a bluetooth adapter which attaches to the iPod/iPhone 30 pin connector.
I bought a "Bluetooth Adapter for 2011 or Earlier Mercedes iPod iPhone 30 Pin Cable - CoolStream CarPro" off of Amazon. It works alright.

I play my music on my iPhone on BT in my 2013 all the time but there are different systems in the MB world. I don't pretend to know them all but Audio 20 and the system I have are different but I believe even Audio 20 plays BT and also 10 and 15.
What system do you have?
You have read your audio manual right? I know in Audio 20 and haven't checked my system but I do know you have to activate BT in the system.
If you haven't read your manual I suggest you start there because I haven't had a car sinxe 2009 that did not have BT
Does your phone work hands free?

If you have the manual great. If you don't you can download from MBUSA or MBC depending where you live but check to see which system you have either in your build card or in the system itself.
It is important. I suspect you have Comand but you never know. Most popular after Comand is Audio 20.

You can DL the manuals from the CDN site as well. Not sure if they differ slightly between regions.

We all do. But there's different versions. You have NTG 5.0

As I said I have yet to see a Benz since 2009 that will not stream music on BT.
Get you audio manual out and read - don't skim - because you do you will miss a critical but not so obvious step.
If you have done everything to activate it, paired your phone properly it should play your music by BT from your phone.
You didn't answer my question. Does you phone work hands free on BT.

Mine was also a pain in the *** to initially get paired. I tried for what seemed like 2 hours before giving up for the day. When I tried the next day, it paired on the first attempt.

It happens mate. Glad it is worked out.
They spend a fortune developing those manuals. Back in the say on my first W124 everything was in one book half ths thickness of the current owner's manuals and included service records.
Now you need and engineering degree and lots of time to read 3-5 books.
That said it is always best to start there IMHO. I keep electronic copies on my systems to avoid going to the car every time I want to look something up.
