The part numbers you are seeing on the pumpkin are likely for that individual part itself while the part numbers to order the differential are likely for all the parts that are used to make it a complete unit. The only way to be 100% sure it is a locking differential is to unbolt the rear cover and have a look.

When I turn the input both axels turn in the same direction but I'm not sure if an open diff would do the same without any load on them.
