how much power will 4 deg add? dyno inside
green is aggressive 93 tune and added prodrys and you can see how un smooth it was
and last is the red file today with adding headers and doing a safe base file on 93.
I wish I loaded my 104 Oct map as I think it's running almost 28 degrees but didn't have time so I'm guessing 480 who on that file?
Mine made 460 on the same configuration as yours. How is the car feeling now? Are those IATs in F on the fourth column, or is that coolant temp?
Currently running 29 on pump, with vastly improved airflow and tempted to dyno this weekend, but I'd rather I did it when I manage a flat 30-31.

it's an off the shelf base header file from oe and runs really smooth.we did about 6 pulls all making within 3hp of each other and really smooth on the dyno without any hiccups in the curve.
that is air intake temp as the shop has the heat on and is in f.the other numbers are the airflow in gs
air fuel is a solid 12.85 through the top end
You may find that on another day, the car might deliver 28 and then there's your ~480whp
Be interesting to see what it now does at the track (well, when the weather improves a little). Last time out you were.... 11.9 @ 119? I could be mistaken, I'm really sleepy.

I was worried to run my race gas file on the dyno but looks like alot ot guys are running 28 degrees on pump gas.
must be why some cars are pinging
I wonder what the base C63 file runs if the OE base tune runs 20s (which sounds supremely low in my opinion). My EC V6 used to run 24 too. 25 on a good day randomly for a split second, but never consistently. The base E63 file runs 24-25 also. Just makes me wonder what people are paying for when they choose the base/off-the-shelf variants

Thanks for posting your chart. I always find it interesting to see the almost very consistent 70WTQ drop that nearly every NA M156 has from peak torque to redline. I see it as a good sign most of the time for a 'normal' state of tune. You know you've got problems when your drop is 100WTQ (which I had 12 months ago).

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
I loaded up a race gas file last night and drove the car to work this morning. It felt really crisp and definitely felt stronger but after looking at mode 6 data I'm seeing 16 miss fires on cylinder 6,18 on cylinder 3,20 on cylinder 8 etc and I usually see bay 1 or 2 miss fires on my old file and that is usually just from startup.
my car has brand new plugs and coils and new o2 sensors and only seeing 26.5 degrees and my car showed signs of misfires and knoc.
it felt fine but now I can see why some cars ping on more aggressive tunes.
I'll leave this file for what it's made for and use it only on race gas lol

here is a picture of my old tune.in mode 6 you can refresh it and look at each cylinder.
as you can see there is only 1 or 2 small miss fires. On the more aggressive file within 15 min it logged over 20 on multiple cylinders.
