2011 C63 - help pl

Hello all- have followed this forum regularly, very informative..
I drive a 2011( after headbolts were fixed) C63, 40,000 miles.
This am, while driving on highway, with a fully warm engine, upon accelerating at about 70 mph, suddenly noticed engine vibration, followed by shaking, reduced power and check engine light. Made it work parking lot.
Had it towed to dealer. Now waiting with anxiety. No warning/similar issues prior.

Any suggestions/ guesses. Thank you in advance.

I have easy care extended warranty- first time using this, any users/experiences.

Really hard to guess what a problem would be from someones written description. It's like when I have a sore throat and according to "web md" I have 24 hours to live.

I was told at the dealer that they have found a Left cam shaft solenoid problem, needing replacement. If prob persists, will need to look for additional vacuum leaks.Waiting to see how Easycare warranty reacts..

BTW: the solenoids for the BMW were around $75-100 each. Not sure on cost for the Benz but guessing under $200ea if I were betting on it. Not sure about install labor though. Good luck!
