Reason why I’m asking is because I’ve had bad experience with diff brands where i experienced shaking etc

To answer your question, yes 12mm will work. If you're not lowered on springs, you can even get away with a 15mm, 17mm or even a 20mm before you start to get rubbing issues up front. If you're lowered, 12mm may or may not causing rubbing issues in the front, it's a toss up... Some have said they rub, others haven't.
With regards to brands, you can go with H&R or something from ECS tuning or even something from ebay. You shouldn't have worry about vibrating, as spacers over 10mm have hubcentric rings which center the wheel and get rid of vibrating issues. Something that DOES differ from brands, are the materials used during manufacturing. Be mindful of that. Also, if you go with a 12, 15 or whichever spacer you choose, you will need longer wheel bolts OR wheel studs that can handle the size spacer you choose to go with.
That's pretty much the long and short of it

If my math is correct with a 12mm spacer you'd be at the equivalent of a 245/35/19 on ET38's (I think in terms of 19's) which I think is perfect fitment. Not quite flush but pretty much as far out as you want to go IMO.

Wheel Spacers & KW V3
Car set up : Wheels 18 x 9, 52 ET, 245/40/18 and Camber 4*.
KW Coilovers.
Tyres running very close to Spring Perch.
Close up view.
Worn Spring Perch.
The Spacers fitted are the same 20mm Hub Centric H & R's used for both 245/40/18 & 265/35/18 tyres.
Initially when I installed the KW's I had the car Corner Weighted and Camber / Toe / Caster set with the ride height approximately 25mm lower than stock and at no time did I feel or hear the tyre rubbing.
It only rubbed on the Right side which I can only put down to my weight (105 kg) ?
On the C63, the OEM Spring Perch sits above the tyre however as you can see its a different story when you install after market gear.
After discovering the worn Spring Perch I increased the ride height by 13mm and fitted 265/35/18 tyres on the same 18 x 9, 52ET wheels with the Camber unchanged at 4*.
I have since raced the car at a couple of Supersprints with no further "rubbing" issues on the Perch or the fender.
Hope this info was helpful, Cheers.

I've had these on for a year and have zero complaints. TUV ISO 9001 certified which is a plus. They have a few more length options than RB if that matters to you.
