Hello all! Just wanted to introduce myself. I recently picked up this 2012 Lunar Blue C63 w/P31 and LSD. I've had the car for almost a month, but barely drove it so far since I've been getting the paint polished and protected. Just got it back with Xpel Ultimate on the whole car as well as a Ceramic Pro coating. Stock for now, but already have ROW, aFe filters and Mike's Power Pipe on the way.
Hoping to both share and receive some good info on this site over the coming years. Cheers!

Haha, thanks fellas! This will be my daily, so it's gonna get used, hence why I wrapped the whole thing in Xpel. I keep cars around for a long time, so the fact that W204s are naturally aspirated was a huge plus for me. That's not to say that a supercharger won't be in the future, but I'll stick with the basics for now.
Next mod will probably be an oil separator, but can't stomach the price from Weistec for a $600 anodized aluminum can LOL.
Welcome yes it is a gorgeous color and great choice for first mods. Those were mine as well. BUT, those reflectors are killing me. You gotta get them painted stat. I did mine myself with a kit and totally happy with how they turned out. Primer, base and clear coated.
Are there clear replacements available? Yea, I kinda can't stand them. I suppose I can smoke them out if need be, but would rather replace the lens.
Welcome to the forum! That's a clean C63, I love the color.
If you're looking for some smoked clear side markers, I purchased these ones: https://www.ebay.com/itm/DEPO-Smoke-...lMWsDg&vxp=mtr To my surprise they came with bulbs! The seller included two sets of amber bulbs, a set with a mirror finish (so you won't see the amber bulb through the clear lens) and two regular amber bulbs. Here's how it looks on the car:
The fitment was perfect and the installation was a piece of cake. I've had them on the car since November of last year and have had no issues whatsoever.
'04 E55 (Gone but not forgotten), '13 C63 P31 (RIP), another '13 C63 PP
I've never seen that color before on a C63, I really like it!
How much did you get charged for the paint polish and ceramic application? I'm thinking of taking mine to a place in town that uses a Feynlabs ceramic products and I don't know what to expect.

The real cost was the Xpel paint protection film (Clear bra). To wrap the entire car, it cost me 4k, but for living in NJ with this being my daily driver, I wanted the protection. The 370Z in the last pic had the nose wrapped in an older clear bra when I got it, and the paint is still flawless 8 years later. Since I had decided to wrap the entire car, my installer included a simple paint correction and 3 coats of a Ceramic Pro formula specific for clear bra films in that price.
The work was done by Eurotech Motorsports in northern NJ. If anyone is looking to get this done, I highly recommend them. They are factory trained and authorized Xpel installers. The attention to detail was amazing. They actually debadge the car, install the film and then replace all the emblems for a true, seemless look. They did complete wraps of 2 of my coworkers cars, and both came out fantastic.
Hi there. How easy is the install on the side markers? What all is involved?

Locate hood release.
Pull hood release.
Gaze into engine bay and locate rear whitish tabs of back side of reflector housing.
Reach down and squeeze tabs to release and wiggle out.
Repeat on other side.
Congratulations and Welcome! I love the color...anything but black lol. I have black and its been a nightmare. Nice to have the LSD to start...best mod I did thus far. Ive spoken with Mike twice but cant justify his pricing...
Good Luck!
