My C63 Build Progress
New here and just wanted to start a thread as I recently purchased a 2010 W204. going to update the thread to keep track of changes/mods I will be doing to the car. More of a personal log for anyone else who is interested.

Waiting on a 55 tech Gloss black front grill, going to tune it soon once I have decided which shop to use.
Long term goals are to facelift the entire front. Here in Dubai, it is not too difficult to do and isn't as costly as the rest of the world. I'm also planning on changing the gauge cluster to the 2012+ (FL) and perhaps the steering wheel, along with some carbon replacements for the interior panels which are currently wood which I do not like. Then I am hopefully going to look at some exterior parts to be done in carbon. (spoiler, front lip, possibly diffuser) I am happy with the power I get from the car and it's extremely enjoyable so major engine mods are not a priority for me. I also daily it so don't want any issues .
Any feedback welcome and I will try to keep this thread updated as I make changes in the future.

The tail lights are DEPO. I haven't coded them and there is a Check Rear fog light warning when I switch the lights on, but I haven't got round to clearing the error yet as it doesn't bother me too much
Plans for next week are possibly wrap the roof in gloss black (not 100 % if I will go ahead at the moment) at my local foil shop
Also going to respray the calipers, undecided on colour at the moment but i've narrowed it down to yellow, teal, or red. I also played with the idea of going for purple... but I'm only 50/50 on that.
Any suggestions welcome!
My personal opinion, leave the roof as is. I really loved the red calipers on my white C63, but mine came like that as it was a P31.
I would go with red calipers, but you will get a lot of people who come at you talking **** about you trying to make it look like a P31, but they can go fly a kite
in other news, next interior mod is im going to get my interior dark wood panels painted in a gloss shiny black. I toyed with the idea of carbon, and do like carbon interior inserts but I feel like it (at least here in the UAE) it has become something that has been done so much, it has now become tacky and I also feel like with my full black plastic dash+ black leather seats, the gloss black inserts would flow better so I will update post once that’s done and then have numerous other things I’ll be doing bit by bit! Slowly but surely.

Nothing wrong with getting a mobile tune. It's easy and convenient. Eurocharged has sales on their handhelds and tunes for around $700-$800. I suggest the v5 version. A on site tune or tune with dyno will always be better though.
Don't do Renntech, it's similar to Brabus, just way too overpriced.

Thanks! Is that 700-800$ for the tune alone? The hand held I’ve seen online is around that price and the tune is 1100$? If the handheld + tune is a total of 700-800 I will go for that. Seems like a no brainer
