2013 C63 High idle issue

I’ve noticed this high idle issue the last few weeks with my 2013 c63. I searched and saw a few threads and none are the same issue as mine. I have no CELs but after driving for 45min+ when stopped my idle raises to 900-1000rpm and stays there(normal idle is 600ish). So I’m at the dealer and they have a shop foreman test driving the car but can’t get the issue to happen. Any ideas what this could be? Only other thing I’ve noticed is that my car has been running cooler than usual lately but I could just be paranoid with this new problem I’m not sure.

What are you worried about exactly that it will cause? It's normal idle spec for most vehicles.

It’s definitely not normal for this car. Normal is around 600Rpm and I’m at 900-1000 after driving for 45min+

Was this the only time? I've noticed that a couple of times when I've started the car and rolled off immediately a bit more aggressively then the idle has been high when coming to a stop and the throttle was also more sensitive than usual. After I noticed this I restarted the engine and then slowly pulled off and it was fine after that. Not sure what has caused my issue, but maybe they are linked with your problem?

Nope this is happening every time the car gets hot after driving for a while. Dealer already checked for vacuum leaks and apparently they said they updated the ECU and reset the TCU. I get the car back today so I guess I’ll see what happens.

Dealer apparently tested for vacuum leaks doing a smoke test. I just feel like I would have a code if it were that or any other vacuum leaks. I also don’t get how it’s not throwing a code from idling high like that. I’ve seen there are codes for idling high.

No the A/C isn’t on and the fan was on but was off at the time of the video. It’s strange. Car runs and pulls fine. Seems like it happens after an extended period of driving and some spirited driving.
