Arrow OEM Coupe Parts vs CF Roof for Pano Roof Delete

It is reported that some Euro and Japanese spec'd Black Series coupes came with a standard roof (instead of Pano roof).

If available, would greatly appreciate a list of the MB Part #'s to attempt this conversion, for Pano roof delete!

Also, does any member know of a shop in the U.S. that has fabricated a Carbon Fiber roof (full roof) for the W204 Coupe?

I recall Keith (Dads C63) had a CF panel installed on his PFL sedan to delete his sunroof (not an entire CF roof), I believe his shop was located in FL.
Will post up after I contact him.

Big THANK YOU to Vladds for finding the OEM Part #s for the standard/plain Coupe Roof without any Pano/Moon/Sun/Whatever:
A 207 657 00 09

In addition, there appears to be a central stiffening bar, and a front roof frame related to this:

A 207 650 04 01
A 207 651 01 70

If anyone has additional info, and any additional/accessory parts for this conversion to a standard/plain roof, your input is appreciated!

Here are some more part numbers:
rear roof frame is A207 650 0501. But this part is not different for no sunroof, thios is just in case it gets mangled when you cut the factory rivets on the roof.
I don't see the no sunroof option deletion associated with this.

The rivets that the factory use are called "blind rivets repair solution 6,4x12mm/1-3,5mm" and are part number A 000 991 76 32.
The notes read
Rivet only valid for BR222. Repair information see WIS. Additional information on technical market support

But there's also a note
no longer available.
But knowing the dimensions, they should be source-able from body shops, I think.

Now, in metric 3,5 mm means 3.5 milimeters

I wonder if the roof would fit a sedan... I am guessing it is at least slightly different although it may not be... does anyone know for sure? Are the interior roof coverings the same for the coupe and sedan ?

I’m pretty sure the coupe has a totally different shaped roof than the sedan...

weird.
For the pfl sedan, the part number is identical but starts with 204.

A 204 657 00 09

front rail
A 204 650 15 01
Center rail
A 204 650 0801

Also, it says that the front support with no sunroof is not anymore available, but the one without sunroof is.

Back to the coupe.
The headliner with no sunroof part number is
A 204 690 31 50
There is a color footnote and I don't know how to use this portion of the system just yet. But if you bring this to the parts guy, they should be able to sort out the color for you. The color is an auxiliary part number. It puts together the colors of the trim, the roof trim and so on.
There's an Alpaca gray, there's a macadamia beige, there's a black.

Edit, I almost figured it out. The EPC adds the aux code as the last few characters, in addition to the part number, once you click on the color selection.

I see no other parts which are different based on no sunroof, in this section (trim). SO once you disconnect the sunroof motor, you fold the wiring and get the dealer to program no sunroof into possibly the central gateway. If you pay them for this, I would request that they update the card of the car, so that when someone runs the vin, it comes out as no sunroof.

I didn't look yet at the facelift sedan.

Ok, the section below is for the C63 Station Wagon Facelift. I have to go now and will return with the facelift sedan later.

A 204 657 02 09 for the roof panel. The notes seem to delete both a possible sunroof and a possible panoramic sunroof. I didn't know that the facelift could have a panoramic sunroof in a wagon.

the option for sunroof is 413 and panoramic 414. I went back to the coupe (code 377 and there the panoramic sunroof option is 413)
Front rail is A204 650 15 01
Center rail is A204 650 08 01
Headliner
A204 690 01 50, replaced by A 204 690 68 50 , with color subcode to be added.

To add an element for safety, since these turn out to be so diverse, this is for the W204 277 car. The 277 is the FL Station wagon. 077 is the PFL sedan and 377 is the FL coupe.
Ok, I found confirmation inside EPC that 377 is coupe and 277 is wagon.

I'm not sure of this yet, but I think that as far as factory designation, both the pfl and fl sedan are 204 077. 277 is the wagon and 377 is the coupe. As such, unless the 077 codes provide something different from a date on, the 077 covers both cars for body.
I can confirm this by finding the vin number of a facelift sedan in the ID my car thread and enter it into WIS, let's see if it calls the car a 077.

For now, I think that the facelift cars part numbers for the sedans are the same with the ones that I posted for pfl.

I thought that the facelift sedan maybe was 177, but there is no such.

so now, for the headliner for the sedan, 077, there's a whole new level of complication, as part numbers...

Apparently, there is such thing as panoramic roof for a sedan. Option 413. The regular sunroof is 414.
Also, the roof differs for US version, option 494. Then differs for really early cars, like 07/01 and 08/01
Then of course there is the color subcode.
For these, the no sunroof headliner is
A204 690 28 50
for cars without the early years, the code differs (maybe facelift?)
A 204 690 65 50 and a A204 690 28 50
