Has any company developed or looked into building a larger gas tank or auxiliary tank for the w204 C63? Love this beast but I hate how often we have to refuel.

Yeah the gas tank is really small... Honestly, this makes the mileage seem much worse than it actually is

When I was searching for my car and reading option cards, I recall seeing an option code on a C63 "increased capacity gas tank".
Probably not all are the same.

My data card has an entry for "916 FUEL TANK WITH GREAT CAPACITY - VOLUME 1" but there's no indication of what that actually means for volume. Think the standard C class had 41 liter vs the 66 liters in our cars. I routinely get over 500 km on one tank (certainly not always) so don't find it too bad.

500km or 310 miles is pretty good. Maybe it's the way a drive it but I am lucky if I get over 200 miles per full tank. Wish there was a larger tank I could replace OEM reservoir with.

I also get about 450km on the highways, probably closer to 300km locally.


with nearly 500 whp, there is nothing i cant pass.... except a gas station
