Mercedes flew us out there in 2014 for a weekend of canyon driving and trying out the new-then GTS on track. Really enjoyed the layout too. Yes it is private.

I think it's $1 million and you have to build a house on the track...all in, about $3 million plus or minus. Maybe in my next life

Sounds awesome. My cousin just got invited to the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion at Leguna Seca in August by the BMW factory... which includes a +1 and test laps in all the new "M"s and i series cars... I'm thinking I need to be her +1
