In Case You Missed This - '08 CLK BS w/13K Miles
Just FYI for my brothers... this one looks like a real creampuff.

Current bid is $69K (69 Dude!). Interested to see where it settles.

Head Bolts?!?!?!
The comment section is lit up with talk of head bolts - as one would imagine.
Here is the seller's response to one:
"The head bolt issue leads to engine failures generally when symptoms arise and are not addressed. The cars that have shown head stud failures usually show cooling issues first or other leaks. There are also very rare and the internet overhypes this issue more than IMS bearings. We have 2 german concierge shops with more than 75 years of experience between the two and in a quick poll of the mechanics, one recalled doing one which showed an overheating issue and a broken head stud head was found. In polling a friend this weekend, who is a huge MB dealership service manager, he can recall 2 actual failures and both were C63. Not saying it cant happen, but generally speaking if they do, they present themselves first rather than cause some type of catastrophic failure."
Obviously, he hasn't spent much time here ;-)
