All,
I am looking for a little help and guidance. I paid for the mirrors via Venmo that username farooq_63 was selling on the marketplace. This transaction happened last Thursday and I have yet to hear from the seller. I guess shame on me for trusting in another member. More than anything else I want to make sure others do not fall into the same issue with this member or others.

Just thinking through my situation and looking for assistance. More than me losing $540 I want to make sure this does not happen to anyone else. I see that the user removed the listing on the marketplace and is not responding through the messenger or Venmo.
Have the administrators removed people for similar issues?
Can I get an email address for this user?

I'm hoping all the above questions are the case and that he just is busy. Since sending the money last Friday I have had zero communication. Normal shipping from Virginia should only take 3 days max so I would have expected to see something yesterday or today.

Thanks for the offer, but I would like to replace the whole housing if possible. I have the old style and need more than the cover. These mirrors are going to be the death of me. I spend $200 on carbon fiber covers for the prefacelift and did not like the look as it still has a cutout for the reflector and turn signal. Then I drop $540 on these. Damn, I could have probably bought some new ones.

He hasn't been on since the 16th. Usually he's relatively active. Never know what happens irl; isn't venmo owned by PayPal?

I saw the same thing about him not being on since the 16th. I have not tried reaching out to Venmo directly, but I might need to do just that. Thanks
