My W204 M156 C63 Smokes @ high reves and chows oil, but it doesn't smoke at idle, Can the oil Catch Can cause this issue? There is no sign of oil at the exhaust either to maybe think that it could be Valve Guides or seals because I have replaced the Valve Seals. There is no loss of power

My first thought would be a failed PCV as it will suck minimal oil at idle but much more as revs increase. If you have a catch can, then how is you setup configured with the PCV and catch can and has the catch can been on for a while or did this start when you added it - since you have a catch can do you have a supercharger also or everything else stock?

What year is it and what miles are on it and are you sure it is oil smoke, when you say white smoke, there is white smoke usually coolant, grey/blue smoke oil and black smoke unburnt fuel although can look white with black wisps. I find smell is a better judge as coolant is sweet, fuel smells like fuel and oil like oil.
Smoke at startup is pretty common on these cars from fuel in the exhaust, has happened on both of mine if say I am washing it and start it and back it out of the garage and shut it off, then wash it then start it and put it back in the garage, then the next startup hours later or the next morning will have some grey smoke from unburnt fuel in the exhaust from starting it a few times cold and shutting it off before it warms up. So may be unrelated to the oil consumption issue or could be valve stem seals, which I have not heard of a lot.

And is it just a puff of smoke at high revs? I know from having people follow me when I WOT I pass a puff of smoke and I do use about a liter of oil every 3,000-5,000 miles depending on how hard I drive it. From what I read about normal for our engines unless I misinterpreted my readings. Anyone clarify, I know mine even after updated Velos tune I still run way freaking rich too so some smoke is from that.
