Error code help
My engine light came on after a cold start, I check the error codes and the following showed up. I'd appreciate any help on where to being troubleshooting.
1. Continuous camshaft adjustment (right): Incorrect position of the intake camshaft (P0010)
2. B6/5 (Right intake camshaft hall sensor): The time of the signal value change is implausible (P0341)
My car:
-2014 C63 507 edition
-21k miles
-Just did a secondary cat delete 2 days prior to these codes (assuming its not related at all)
-Driving the car doesn't feel any different since the codes appeared.
Thanks!

I used this guide when I replaced mine a few months ago. https://mbworld.org/forums/c63-amg-w...or-faulty.html

Also look for oil in the plugs, I have seen some leak and soak down the wiring harness and get into the plugs and can throw a code also.

The inlet sensor (bottom pic) is different L&R.
continuous camshaft adjustment...could be sensor, could be adjuster, i'd lean more towards sensor or something to do with the electrical connector.

What they said:
-Scanned vehicle system, found fault sensor intake camshaft position cylinder bank 1 has malfunction.
-The position of the camshaft deviates from the specified value
-ran test plan for fault, called up actual values of engine camshaft position. found the right cylinder bank would not deviate from 28 degrees.
-attempted to run camshaft adaption procedure, unable to complete as right cylinder bank camshaft adjuster is not advancing or retarding the camshaft.suspect camshaft adjuster spring is locked and unable to adjust timing.
Can they really come to these conclusions without even physically inspecting? I will have to inspect myself, starting with the camshafts.
Could the problem still just be the sensor? If one adjuster is bad, do all need to be replaced like this dealership is saying?
