Slow Wiper Fluid Leak before front driver wheel. Is there a usual failure?
So before I get underneath and take the underside off, is there a usual culprit and part I should order first?
No wiper leak visible above so likely a hose, connection or tank.
I am mostly concerned about my dog licking up the next leak because it is actually very toxic (not windex, more like antifreeze).

It's most likely your reservoir tank is cracked. It's common. Just google "c63 washer fluid leak" or whatever and you'll get a million threads on it.
If my memory serves me correctly from those threads the good news is you don't have to get under your car. To check it out you just have to take off the drivers front wheel and fender liner and the tank should be right there looking you in the face. With everything off I'd start slowly adding washer fluid to confirm the location of the leak.
Tank I think is around $100. Some people have had pump issues as well which I think is like $60-$80 and maybe a couple of gaskets. DIY I'd say ~$150ish and shop probably ~$250. If you're really having trouble finding this information I'll go digging but it's a fairly common issue and you shouldn't have a problem tracking down the info.

I had this leak as well. Didn’t need a new tank but rather a new fitting at the bottom. Can’t recall but best thing to do is pull fender liner and put water into the top of the tank to find the leak, then you’ll be able to get the right piece whether it’s a cracked tank, which is less likely than one of the fittings. Good luck

purchased mine at FCP Euro. Wasnt expensive at all. Oh, be sure to have something fairly large to hold all the fluid in there. It's amazing how much these cars store in there.

you'll also need a new grommet

Here a some thoughts for the next victim.
Jack your front driver's side higher than normal for more access and jack stand where the swingarm joint is for added saftey.
WIPER FLUID is very poisonous due to the antifreeze. A few ounces can apparently kill or blind. Have a wide and low container ready to take the 1-2 gallons which may come out.
Buy the washer and the pump in the post above ($12 total)
Remove these bolts and push pin under the bumper
remove these push pins un the wheel well
Remove these 3 odd washer nut combos and one push pin. Note the bottom left post remaining is a bear to get the wheel well over but its worth it for room to work.
Pull the wheel well out of the way, further than shown here. That little post not cleared yet
locate pump right at the bottom there and wiggle off the far tube connection towards the center of the car.
it will leak 1-2 gallons of fluid so be sure to have a wide container there as it will splash around a bit. Again, this is poisonous stuff, keep dogs away.
I got impatient and removed the pump by turning 90 degrees clockwise to get the plastic pipe you removed the hose off of earlier and lifting up the pump to clear the plastic holding it. It comes out faster but messy, so just turn it and wait a few minutes.
Once you remove the pump, the electrical is still attached by a locking plug. Insert something to pry it up and slide off. I used a pin remover.

Now reach in and remove the old washer by wiggling it up and off. Mine was near crumbling and certainly the cause of the leak.
Insert the new washer and ensure it is fully seated.
Now attach the new pump electrical plug and replace the pump by sliding in and down (should be tight) then rotating 90 degrees counter clockwise back into place. Reattach the hose on the far side by wiggling it on until you think its fully on.
Refill the container (I used the reclaimed fluid) and close the hood. YOU MUST CLOSE THE HOOD, the washer pump and wipers won't work with the hood up.
Look for any immediate leaks (could still be the reservoir).
Reach in and turn the car on (or start it) and test the washer and wipers.
If all good, put everything back together in reverse order.

Awesome write up. I recall reinstalling the wheel well liner as the most expletive filled part of the job. And my tank had already leaked all the fluid out so didn’t have the toxic waste issue!
