More Light output
I recently moved out into the sticks, and I’m looking for ways to increase Light output. As I understand it, HIDs are the best for light throw, are there any HID kits for our fog lights or High beams?

Aren't the OEM low beams already HID for your model? If not that is the first thing to upgrade to new HID headlights.
Next, make sure to have them adjusted properly, usually they are set too low and need to be raised up slightly. If they are already HID, aimed well and the bulbs haven't been changed in a few years you can put new basic ones in or get new upgraded HID bulbs. Philips Xtreme Vision Gen2 would be the best to use.
Then move on to upgrading High beams, fogs will only hurt your distance vision in pitch black at night.

For high beams you could try led but its hit or miss and will likely not give any additional distance, only brighter close to the car which will hurt your distance vision.

I remember seeing a post a while back about a light bar, you could always give that a try. Still somewhat stealthy but looks like pretty good extra light output.
