2010 C63 Worth

I am toying with the idea of selling my beloved C63.

2010 C63 AMG with 88,000 miles, garage kept, excellent condition, clean car fax, porcelain leather interior, moon roof, heated seats, NAV, DVD, premium 2 package, Push button start, hid factory head lamps. Always properly maintained and never tracked. Title in hand. I purchased this car 7 years ago with 8,000 miles.

VIN: WDDGF7HB3AF452878

Modifications:
-New H&R adjustable coil-overs
-New rotors/back rotors
-Front Pads MX72 pads
-Rear Pads Porter fields RS4

-Front carbon spoiler
-Rear carbon diffuser
-Rear carbon spoiler
-Carbon fiber mirrors

Vehicle comes with EuroCharge v5 performance tune and ability to flash to stock via hand held tuner, bringing car over 500 HP.

If interested have another set of silver 19” Renn RS-51 custom wheels and performance summer tires with good tread additional cost.

I live in the Northeast in MA south of Boston.

Below are a few pictures.... text me if any interest.

I am thinking of new M5 this summer.

I would say 27-$29K depending on the buyer.

Okay, sorry, usually I don't jump into these because it's usually taken negatively but you're getting bad answers.

NADA has your car as clean retail, using a Boston zip code, at $19,250 with an average trade in value of $15k. That's stock form but tbh your mods don't add much to the value maybe ~$2k if your lucky.

You will not get $29k, or $27k, or even $25k. Private party, if the car is really problem free, PPI is clean, life on brakes and tires, optimistically you're looking around $22k.

Edit - At the end of the day, a car is really worth what someone is willing to pay. So, if someone says they'll give you $27k or $29k... take it.

^ This right here.

Having gone through a few C63s I think this is spot on. A dealer that doesn't want to insult you will offer $19, but most less because of the mods it reduces the target audience. Mods deter from value, unless you find that one buyer who is looking for the same or similar mods, plus some of those mods say I drive my card hard; even if you don't. If it were me, to get the most dollars out of it, I would bring it back; appeal to a wider buying audience, and sell the aftermarket parts separately. The aftermarket parts are far more valuable off the car where they can be bought by someone who is specifically looking for them.

^^ These were my thoughts as well. Newer facelift models with same or less miles go for around 26-29K. I'm guessing low 20s is fair private party sell. Also be prepared for the head bolt interrogation.

For whatever its worth, I sold my 2011 3 years ago for $25k with 57k miles and couldn't find any buyer even when I listed it at $27k in the west coast. Long tube headers, ROW boxes, facelift mod, spoiler.. and somethings here and there I can't remember I had all maintenance done at the dealer including cam adjuster replacement.

It looks like prices for these cars have gone up for some reason. Good luck!

Years to come, clean well maintained versions of these cars will sell for the same price they are selling for today. the W204 C63 is a modern classic, the hundreds of videos on Youtube attest to the following the car has. As with every plat form, as a car ages 3rd / 4th owners get a hold of them and many get destroyed by garbage mods and poor maintenance.

For the very clean examples that survive, they will hold decent value.

I totally agree. I love this car but if I can get what I want for money thinking of moving onto new 2021 M5.

What would a 2009 with the performance package and only 3000 miles be worth? The car has been stored properly and has never been wet. I really don’t need another car but this one is pristine.

I'll take my car over the $19 or $22 or $25K it may go for anyday.
