Who else needs Velocity Stacks?
Improve laminar air flow and reduce turbulence, etc through the larger TBs. OEM's design comes with nylon/polymer velocity stacks, why shouldn't your larger TBs?
VRP can chime in for fitment, but IIRC, their stacks will fit both diameters of TBs - 82mm & 85mm.
Price? VRP, please let us know

Right now i have 2 options, i have a press on, paired with some assembly glue aswell as a set screw, and i have a Clamp on version which I would consider over engineered, Thinking around $175 for the Press on pair, I will see what I can do about solidifying that number for you all.

Count me in for a clamp-on version. I like over-engineered.

I would give at most 30 bucks for 3d printed ones.
Almost no productioncosts except cad work.

What material do you use that can take the heat?
Especially after engine shutdown when no air is circulating inside plenum to cool the stacks down.

Good point about the material being used. It won't stand up to heat for prolonged used. Last this you want is for these stacks to become brittle and get sucked into the cylinders.

It needs to be oil resistant as well. Most likely will have to be nylon which isn't the easiest material to print.

We arent 3d printing these, its not even an option. Thats a 3d print test piece. Not a production piece. They will all be Aluminum.

All of our 3d printed parts (Like gauge pods) are printed in carbon fiber nylon. These would cost more than $30 in material to print and probably a total of about 28hrs of print time for 2. If they were printed out of PLA then sure $30 would be great, although they wouldn't last 5 minutes.

If someone wants to try a set of 3d printed Nylon/ carbon ill send a set printed in high resolution for $30 but no guarantees on them. Purely for testing.

Aluminum ones have been on the production list for a couple months, we should be running them shortly!
