Out of no where check engine light HELP

hello fellow MB owners!
today out of no where my engine light came on and the car still drives fine?? I live in Canada recently with super cold starts the coolant notification comes up and I have an oil change in 2 days and will tell them to top that off too... could that be the problem??

I see many people say pulp valve? Is this it ?

Anything helps thanks

Always a good idea to do 170 with potential
Issues going on with the vehicle haha
if it says coolant do the normal checks to make sure it’s not headbolts if it’s pre facelift. Otherwise have a look and see how low it is.
not a bad idea to get a code reader so you can figure out what the check engine light is and if it’s serious or not

It's due to a lack of gray matter in your skull. You are doing 166 km/h at 8:30 at night and a 2.0C ambient temperature while taking pictures of your dash. What a f***ing moron.

If you give me your name and address or your licence plate, I'll fix it for you free of charge.

i'd recommend purchasing a cheap OBD reader online. there are bluetooth and wifi ones that sell for less than $8USD. alternatively, if your local auto repair does free scan's i'd pursue that route. the computer can throw codes for many issues, but it is always best to identify the code before troubleshooting issues.

Chances are it's an O2 sensor.

Easy fellas,
Going 160km/h is safer than 100km/h.
But talking a picture while doing it is unacceptable. Not sure if OP is trying to show off how fast he is going rather than trying to get feedback on his check engine light.

My bet is on blinker fluid.

OP: worn muffler bearings will often throw a CEL. might be premature failure due to the salt used on the roads in CA. typically a free inspection at an MB dealer if you ask for the service manager

btw - that's a pre-facelift car based on the instrument cluster being non-color so headbolts possible.
