I would pick a car based on its condition, mileage, level of use, etc well before I would consider pre FL or post FL. These cars are too old for me to care too much about the interior technology in them as they both have aged. I suspect most buyers at this point would care less but that's just my speculation.
These are worth buying for the incredible engine and performance for an absolutely ridiculously low price and great reliability. Much is made of the bolts, just get them replaced for 2 grand and be done.
This one seems to be particularly clean. Someone is going to get a deal. Hard to find them this clean.

I doubt it makes a huge difference - maybe headbolts makes a difference unless they are already done on the pre-fl, otherwise the dash and steering wheel are better on the FL, nav is a bit more useful but also getting dated on the FL. FL has the higher HP options but a tune makes it all equal and personally I just don't like the PFL frontend and that makes most of the difference to me, but others like the pre-fl better, so that is just a subjective opinion. I think similar miles and condition the FL car is worth more currently as we are talking at the extreme a 6 year old car for the newest w204 c63 to a 13 year old car oldest which will affect value a lot, as they age that gap will be less significant when it is 15 vs 20 years old.
That will be a great car for probably mid 20's - a ton of car for the money in like showroom condition all for the price of a moderately equipped civic (and then way more maintenance costs!)
Congratulations Nate! What a great car! Beautiful in those colors and it is practically a new car. Can't find anything like it in the market today. You will smile every time you hear that V8 fire up! Lucky of you that you can have it as a daily driver in Florida. Enjoy!
