Have you looked through the Aftermarket wheel thread in the stickies.
Aftermarket wheel Thread. - MBWorld.org Forums
Because most your questions would have been answered already.
As for your "today choice", fronts no problem, rears most likely with 275, suggest you fit 265/30x19.
Check out this members fitment with ET50 rears and 275/30.

stock ride height no.... If you are lowered, -2 to -2.5 degree camber in the rear should take care of potential rubbing..

if you are on stock ride height there is no rub.. if you are lowered and don't want to invest in a pair of camber arms, then get a 265/30 tire.. 275 will cause some rubbing if you are lowered..

As above go smaller tyres as I suggested earlier, 265/30x19.
On tire rack site shows Michelin PS4s 265/30x19 only has 1/10" narrower tread but has 3/10" narrower carcass when compared to 275/30x19.

If you already have 275's then just go the wheels and see where they rub and work it out from there.
Yes adding neg camber will help but also wear out your tires faster.

At KMAC we have been resolving OEM suspension shortcomings Since 1964 !

As there is no front or rear Camber adjustment OEM to resolve costly, premature edge wear - only Toe (directional) adjustment. We manufacture Front Camber and Caster kits plus rear Camber kits (and “extra” Toe) adjustment to compensate.

FOR ALL MODEL W204 incl. AMG & BLACK SERIES:
FRONT KITS ‘2’ VERSIONS - LOWER ARM RETAINING IMPORTANT CLEARANCE “TOP OF TIRE” TO OUTER FENDER -
When wanting to resolve premature edge wear.

#502616K $480 (Both sides)

Replaces the lower arm ‘4’ highest wearing bushings is precise single wrench adjustable.
Nothing comes close when it comes to strength, range of adjustment and ease / accuracy of adjustment.

Forward facing thrust arm bushes are Mono ball / 2 Axis dramatically improving brake and steering response. Outperforming spherical bearings having more then twice load bearing / impact area up to 1.5 degrees Pos or Neg Camber change. Also includes bush extraction tool.

BELOW KITS REPLACE THE FRONT UPPER STRUT MOUNTS (NO MODS)

#503016-2 Street/Race $545 (Both Sides)
#503016-3 Full Race $545 (Both Sides)
BLACK SERIES
#502616-2 Street/Race $545 (Both Sides)
#502616-3 Full Race $545 (Both Sides)

KMAC unique patented design allows fast / precise adjustment from engine bay (no need to remove strut assembly to change setting).
Up to 3° extra Neg (1.5 Pos).

FOR THE REAR
#502226K $480

ALSO WHEN ADJUSTING “RETAINING” IMPORTANT CLEARANCE TOP OF TIRE TO OUTER FENDER.
Is precise single wrench adjustment. Accurately (under load) direct on alignment rack.

WE ALSO MNF. REAR UPPER ADJUSTABLE CAMBER ARMS (& extra Toe to compensate)
#502226-1M $595 (Both Sides)

MAIN USE UPPER ARMS IS NOT THE CRITEREA OF RESOLVING PREMATURE INNER EDGE WEAR BUT INSTEAD WANTING EXTRA NEG. CAMBER FOR TIRE TO OUTER FENDER CLEARANCE.
KMAC Arms are not soft, extruded alloy but hi-strength forged alloy same as OEM.

ANOTHER POPULAR KIT MNF.
#502628K $480

The Rear “multi arm” uprated bushings. Less twitch, flex, loss of traction. Especially when applying power to lane change / overtake.

Delivery $40 one kit ($20 each extra)

Worlds Largest Range adjuster kits Audi to Volvo
