Hey guys, did the switch on my worn cam adjuster plates last week - for a few days after i was getting a CEL / P0014 code (shown below) but after getting an OBD2 scanner to read the code, its seemed to have gone away (I made sure not to clear the code)

Any idea what could be causing this and whether I should still look into it now that the code's gone?
