2013 507 edition with 65k miles or 2014 C63 with p31 package and limited-slip with 35k miles? both have good history and service records.
Really comes down to personal preference. Some really love the extra looks the 507. LSD can be added on after so that's not really that big of a deal breaker.
If it's a sedan 507....get it. Post links to both, that might help give more insight too.

I got my C63 with 33k miles in 2016. Everything was still great at that milage. You'll need the rear diff and transmission serviced at 40k. Is this going to be a daily driver?

The 507 was only made for 2 years... I did read that there were only about 800 units/cars sent to North America each year consisting of 2/3 Sedans and 1/3 Coupes... In the same article it said that there were around 2200 Black Series sent to North America each years making the 507 very rare plus it only was made for two years... The 507 was Born as a Mutt picking from the C63 AMG and the Black Series to come up with one Bad *** Dog...
Here is the sticker that was in the window of my car... I am the 3rd owner... Bought the car with 34k on it 2 years ago this month and just absolutely luv it... Just cracked 60k this month still like new!!!

Assuming that's a typo as there is no such animal as a 2013 507. All other things begin equal, I'd get the one with the lower mileage and LSD (the P31 means it has the same forged engine internals as the 507).
Interesting that the pic of the spec sheet above does NOT list the forged engine internals as part of the 507 package.

fyi there were only 800 total black series cars built. The 507 wasn’t limited in production ie. you could order as many as you wanted. To my knowledge no one knows exactly how many were built

Also the coupe was made for 2 years and the sedan was only one year and reportedly production on the sedan only ran for 3-4 months in late 2013 to early 2014 building 2014 models, where the coupe was built for another 12 months as a 2015 model, so there were far far more coupes made of the 507 than the sedan which is why you almost never see sedans for sale.
