Haven’t been on here in ages but do you even know the specs of the stock cam to compare to the aftermarket. Stages mean nothing if you don’t know duration, lift, lobe separation angle. Chop comes from positive overlap. If there’s no buck, surge, or idle stable with no changes in tune… hate to break it to you but waste of effort.
Just because the cams have more duration doesn’t mean they will make more power. You need correct valve events or you can bleed off dynamic compression and be left with a slower car.
Send a intake and exhaust cam to Cam Motions. They can read it and now you have a base for specs. Then you need some custom springs. Black series springs probably can’t even handle .500/.500 lift. Lift is your friend. It’s what makes these valve events more aggressive.
engines are pretty simple but amg community makes it complicated lol. The only vendor I’d buy from again is Barry. He puts out a great product and is transparent. The fact that ptg can’t provide specs of both stock and aftermarket cam is hilarious.
Leave it to a one cammer to bring up lift size in any conversation...
Those tips are pretty cool. Where did you get those from?
eBay, 4.5" OD / 3" ID. They fit perfect on my diffuser. Had to order a new set, the previous shop welded them to the mufflers. Going to clamp them on this time so I can remove them if I need to.

Like swedepat said. MPSC2/R or Trofeo/R are probably your best street legal performance tires by a good margin. The difference in traction/grip between those and something like the Pilot Sport 4S is shocking. Unless you’re talking a drag radial for back if you’re only interested in straight line speed, then you have multiple choices depending on wheel size.

Glad you like it.
Not trying put your setup down, But don't you think that sound is too loud and obnoxious at those low rpm's?
I personally enjoy the AMG rumble and the surprise factor you get when the paddle is put down.

Nope, I like my cars loud.
Next mod will be a blower, waiting for VRP kit to come out.
