Headlights conversion to Facelift ..please help

Hi everyone, i need some help. I did lots of research but it just getting me more confused. What's the easiest way to swap headlights? Meaning the wires, connection and all that. I have xenon in my 2009 C63, but i wouldn't mind put in a facelift halogen or aftermarket. Is it possible?
ps: i already have a hood, and i don't change the bumper as i like the pfl one.
Just looking inputs on the headlights themself and the easiest way to make them work. I didn't buy any headlights yet cause i don't know which one would be easier to connect.

Your best/easiest bet would be aftermarket DEPO headlights. Plug & play.
DIY - DEPO Projector Install
More search results - Depo Headlights (Google Search)

If you don’t change the bumper, you will have a gap between the bottom of the headlight and the bumper. Good luck

I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish as an end result? You mentioned about swapping headlights, DEPO are the best way to have the FL look/functionality (if that's what you're going for).

From my research the main problem when changing from 2009 to 2012 headlights is the connection. The plug is different and you get erro codes. I'm not an expert in this at all, i just want the facelift headlights on my 2009, something that a normal electrician can be able to connect and make it work.

Either you convert your front end to FL to accommodate the new headlights or you just have to deal with the PFL headlights (regardless if xenon or halogen). All the information is stated in the threads of others who were looking for the exact same thing. You'll have to make the judgment call if you want to tackle it or not after doing research.

Many people will agree and disagree, PFL front end is much more aggressive in majority of aspects/angles vs the FL. Personally would continue to sport the PFL front grill as the lines contour with the bumper/headlamps

Following facelift components are required to accommodate FL headlamps properly without any gaps otherwise it'll appear salvaged (fascia, bumper structure supports, upper/lower grills, hood, hood accents, foglamps, hardware) $4-5K Once complete with decent paint/blending; at this point I'd integrate/emulate 507 accents. If you're still convinced Resistors/Re pin required to enable fogs/headlamps appropriately while dodging can bus errors.
