You just told us you were considering buying a C63 and didn’t have money to do headbolts. Now you are looking at headers….
I put the downpayment , collecting it on Wednesday. I do have the money to do stuff to it, just didn't want to deal with headbolts right away. But since I'm doing the headbolts as i made up my mind I'm going to put in headers same time, i think it makes the installation a little easier with more space up top.

Ps: i found an ex Benz tech that did headbolts B4 and he has all the tools and knowledge.
On that note, congrats! Post pics when you take delivery. A C63 with headers is one of my favorite sounds in the world. And fingers crossed you have good luck with the headbolts.
to answer the initial question...any aftermarket headers are better than factory exhaust manifolds. but also, the further away a collector is, the better to reduce back pressure therefore allowing the engine to produce more power. PLM headers have the collector closer to the engine than MBH or ARH headers thus will produce less power than ARH or MBH.

Ok thanks, but quality wise are they ok? Or they can compare to OBX( which i hear mixed reviews)
they're all made in the same or similar factory. the horror stories are about fitment not build quality. build quality from cheap mass produced headers are all the same.
