My first aim is 1000wkw which equates to 1400whp but then turbos will be maxed then I'll be looking at twin G42 compact turbos 1250hp each rated and then shoot for 1800hp lets see but still a long way off

I have enough fuel supply for 2500hp
What is going to be done to the engine and more Importantly.... What kind of transmission are you looking at
I'd recommend building a small manifold/reservoir for the oil drains instead of just lines to a pump. Also, don't skimp on the scavenge pump(s). You can also go wtih oil-less/water-less Comp turbos which are a decent idea for under car setups like this.
