Good morning, Thank you for reaching out, that 5 spoke wheel is our NES Forged ZO-02. I is shown in a Brush Transparent red and can be done in just about any spec 18" - 24" . If you let me know what size your interested in I can definitely send you a quote.
Here are some pics. That particular set was done for a VW but we can make them for any Mercedes.
Check this one out, This is our model PO-02 also from our NES Forged Collection, Has very sharp lines, concave profiles and definitely lends itself to work with many vehicles, The Finish is our A-03 which the entire wheel is Hand brushed and a special dark tinted clear coat is added which is called " Black Chrome " however has no chrome on it.. this one really stands out and changes depending on how the light hits it. available in all sizes from 18" through 24" .

This is our FG-11 from our NES Forged Collection, Our customer went with a hand brush finish layered with Gloss clear coat, Although the FG-11 is a simple multi spoke design it lends it self to fit both Sports cars and luxury sedans as its a very modern timeless piece. This one in the images is a 23x10.5 but it is available in multiple size from 18" all the way to 24".
All of our wheels come with a life time structure warranty, 4 year finish warranty.
Here is a quick look at one of our NES Forged wheels, This one is our model PO-02, Shown in a Matte black finish with matching NES center caps. just like all of our wheels you can choose from 18" to 24" and various width options. Here is one of my personal favorite from our MRR Forged Collection Model : F065 Like all of our wheels our model F065 is custom built to clients requested specs or to our recommendations, It is a true directional wheel meaning the lip edges will flow the same way on both left side and right side of the vehicle, Maximum concave profiles and a large list of color choices.
Available Sizes 18" 19" 20" 21" 22" 23" 24" widths 8.5 through 13 wide ( some sizes lessor )

Check out our clients Mercedes A45 AMG, Customer went with our NES Forged FG-15 20x8.5 front and 20x8.5 rear, Customer center lock style caps and opted for a color match center. the wheel itself was hand brushed and layered with a transparent Matte black smoke finish. thoughts? Offsets are ET25 front (19 x 9) and ET47 (19 x 9.5) rear
