Fair Price For Modded C63
I'm looking to get into a C63 and came across this modified one in North Carolina. I know mods usually don't help with the resale value but there are a ton of mods on this car. I'm wondering $49,000 is fair for this car or are they asking for too much? Any insight would help, thanks!

Nobody is going to be able to give advice. Why? Heavily modded and the only way to tell if the car is worth the money is to physically be on sight and evaluate the condition of the car with respect to paint, mechanical, electronics, and how it drives. If it was me I would ask for the PO's contact information to find out what was wrong as something, and probably more than one thing, is. I would also want to know who did the work plus who tuned the car.

Not nearly enough. You should offer at least $20k over asking to make sure you get it. Good luck!

Not worth it for 50k with all those mods there are so many unknown variables. You would be better off finding a clean C63 for 35k and then spending that 15k on your own supercharger or other mods.

Personally, I have a preference for stock cars when purchasing. The journey of building it is half of what car enthusiast is about.
If we consider the seller's car, let us treat it with respect. Assuming it has not been involved in any accidents and is in excellent condition, both in terms of the body and drivetrain, with less than 50,000 miles on the odometer, it is a worthwhile consideration. Furthermore, it has a kit costing between $5,000-$10,000 in parts and labor, coupled with a supercharger adding an additional $10,000-$15,000, then it is unquestionably worth the price. In fact, if someone were to purchase a stock car and modify it to the same level as the seller's vehicle, it would cost well over $50,000.
I personally would not go near this car as it’s way too modded for me.
EDIT: Just seen that car had an accident and a damage reported. That would be a big no for me personally.

car is listed as moderate accident history. my guess is they used the insurance money to modify the vehicle. personally...i wouldn't favor this unless you know what was done and know the builder an trust them. looks like this car was possibly raced at some point.

Asking too much for those miles and that year. Mods are worthless to others when selling a used car. I agree with the other comments on passing on this car.

This. And someone who does a full widebody conversion and leaves the front bumper stock needs to have their decision-making abilities seriously questioned. It looks terrible. I imagine the rest of the repairs - if even made - were similarly half-asśed as well.

Cool looking car but the halfway Black Series Clone doesn't increase the value. Just adds sketchiness. I wouldn't pay more than whatever the car would be worth without the fender flares.
The S/C would add value for me, but not $20K+.

I have an incredibly clean, 2009 4-door with tasteful carbon fiber mods and 112k miles I may list soon in NJ. Headbolts and cam adjusters already done. Will include a full set of winter wheels. All tires with most of life left. This is just my daily now, I'm retired and have another sports car. This is just a grocery runner now and I am oddly obsessed with getting a Bronco.
