What are you trying to achieve? I wouldn't go too wide on stock rims or the increased weight and sidewall flex will effect handling. I run 245/35 R19 and 265/30 R19
on stock oem 507 rims - it looks a bit better and "maybe" hooks up a bit better from a dead stop.

You'll feel more roll in the corners going that wide on stock rims. Depending on the tire brand, you might rub a bit too. Personally, I would do 245/40 R18 fronts and
265/35 R18 (maybe 275/35 R18) rears on stock 18" rims. I know people run the sizes you're inquiring about, but....

275s are about as wide as you can go without probably needing to roll the inner fender lip. Some can get away without it, but it's so close it literally comes down to different production tolerances.
