Normally the left and right tail lights when switched on should have two horizontal red bar being lit up. Yesterday I noted the left tail light's lower bar was off, leaving only the upper one on. I replaced all three bulbs and cleaned the brown negative wire connection. It stayed off. It is not an LED assembly with only three 21w bulbs. I scanned for fault codes and couldn't find any.
