Hey HotIce, I know you are another person who has put money down. Did you negotiate any discounts? The dealer said NO!!!! Being the first one there on a limited model I can understand that. The dealer even told me that I might be able to sell it for more after I get it

DO IT!!!!!! DDDDDDOOOOO IIIIITTT!!!!!! I haven't negotiated anything yet. Dealer doesn't even have pricing yet. I'm honestly not even expecting much. The car has me all sorts of excited though.

Nope. configurator isn't out. Just a deposit down to hold a spot. Should be one of the firsts with one cause they will be hot when they first come out. In Nov/Dec, the configurator should be out so we pick it at that time, then the order gets placed and locked.

Nobody has ordered the car just yet. We've only reserved our spots to order one. No information about the car is out yet.
A twin turbo V8 up front, a lighter car all around, Looks that are simply put, probably the best that Mercedes has done(I think) and 510 HP in S trim to boot? The car is going to offer everything and the kitchen sink.

Oh, if you only knew, haha! I haven't been this excited about a car in sometime. Mercedes has absolutely NAILED it. I was worried about the rear end lights, but a S65 AMG passed me yesterday on 95 and any quibbles I had were gone.
