Hello,


I was wondering when orders will begin for the C63 AMG. According to MBUSA, it is supposed to launch in March 2015. Just wondering when orders can begin?


Looking to keep it as a simple order (Navigation, Keyless Go, and that's it)

So does this mean that dealers are now accepting orders for the C63? When's the earliest that they will build it?

I've already put $$$ in for a spot. Usually, a refundable amount of between 1-3k. It just reserves a spot for you when they are ready to take in orders to be build.


Most likely the US configurator won't be available until December mid is my guess because they actually start building them in Jan-Feb for April deliveries here in the US.

The Dealer Ordering Guide will be coming available in the coming weeks. The "order banks" will open shortly after that. That is when I will place my order for mine.

They took my deposit.


My only hesitation is with a first year vehicle and issues that arise because of that. Plus, a totally brand spankin new engine. Hope it won't be at the MB service every other month fixing an issue.

Most dealers probably will. A lot of the information I cannot disclose however I am always willing to help.

I wouldn't let that worry you. The New C Class has been pretty solid and very reliable.

So I am going to make a few/most of you jealous....


I will be in Palm Springs for my annual AMG Expert training where I will be driving the AMG GT and yes, the new C63 S!! I believe I will be driving it before the press which is exciting. I plan on taking a lot of photos/videos.

As far as my other question, I sometimes go to the W205 forum and there seems to be issues with the electronics ..in particular the ipad screen and some folks with steering issues. That is my biggest hesitation with a C63 even though I put the money down. I can get it back in any case.


Anyways, so when you say next month, the configurator will be up, you mean Dec or Jan :-). I've always anticipated by mid-Dec.

The Dealer Ordering Guide has not been released yet. The German configurator is already online. I would think mid-December but who knows.

Will do! Last year I went to Affalterbach for a week which was incredible!! SLS's were like C's at the factory! LOL

I cannot talk about the car publicly since the press has not driven the car yet. The S with the active rear diff is a beast! Can't wait to get mine!
